About me
Katie Leuw
Before stepping into marketing, I spent six years in TV casting for some of the UK’s most talked-about reality shows, including Too Hot to Handle, First Dates, and Storage Hunters. It was fast-paced, people-focused, and all about understanding what makes people tick, a skill I now bring to every campaign.
I made the leap into recruitment, starting as an Associate Consultant before moving into marketing with Joss Search, and that’s where my passion for content and strategy began.
For the past six years, I’ve led marketing in-house for recruitment agencies like Remedium Partners, New Chapter Consulting, and Joss Search. I focus on creating marketing that connects with candidates, engages clients, and delivers measurable results. Now, I bring that same energy and results focus to my clients as a freelance marketing consultant.
When I’m not working on strategy or campaigns, you’ll find me hanging out with my cat Leo, attending gym classes, or supporting small businesses that are just starting out. I love helping businesses grow and I love working with people who care as much about what they do as I do.
